Ahhh....cravings!!

In all honesty, once beginning this diet I really do not have many cravings for sweets and when I do they pass quickly. Last night though I had a battle with myself over a bag of mini Reese cups. I bought them for my afterschool group but they were calling my name. In the end I won with the rationale that they would really only make me feel good for a couple of minutes but the damage to my diet would last for three days. One good slip up puts you out of the fat burning stage for three whole days and that just wasn't worth it. I have now lost 34 lbs. YAY! 16 more to reach my goal. That is sooooo exciting. My clothes fit great and it is fun to get ready for work in the morning. To all of you out there on this program...keep the faith, it really works! End of week one progress...

Well, he lost 11 lbs! Yay! But he admitted to cheating on the diet. But hey, I am his health coach and applauded him for being honest and jumping back on the diet. He is happy with his progress and is feeling better about himself. As for me, my progress is continuing. I have lost a total of 32 lbs in less than 8 weeks. This program is great and easy to follow. No calorie counting and you still get to have one "normal" Lean & Green Meal each day. More to come...
